1. Go to New Post After You Login to Your Blogger Dashboard.

2. Now Upload a Image And then Click on the Image.

3. After You Click on the Image You will see the Options Like Below Image.

4. Now Click on Properties.

5. Then Fill the Alt Text and the Title on the fields Which Appears After You Click on Properties.

6. Now Click on OK To Add the Alt Tag on Images. Thats it You Are Done.
